Why should I join best of bob’s PREMIUM®?

Your best of bob’s PREMIUM benefits are available only to you and to permanent residents of your household who are at least 18 years old. In addition, membership benefits are only available to personal, non-commercial purchasers. Any order that is deemed a commercial (non-personal) use or high-volume/reseller order, at our sole discretion, will not be eligible for membership benefits, and your membership may be suspended or terminated.

If I have a question, who should I contact?

We respond to inquiries within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Will the points I've earned as a CLASSIC member transfer over when I upgrade to PREMIUM?

Yes, any existing points you’ve earned as a best of bob’s CLASSIC member are transferred to your PREMIUM account once you join. Becoming a best of bob’s PREMIUM member is easy! Simply visit www.bestofbobspremium.com/join to join online. Or, head to your local Bob’s Store and ask an associate for help getting started.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can request to cancel your membership by calling us at 888-401-8351. Our Customer Service team is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you prefer to cancel on your own terms, you may cancel online by clicking the ‘Customer Service’ link in the upper right-hand corner, then visiting the ‘Cancel My Membership’ page.

You can also email us your request to cancel at customerservice@bestofbobspremium.com or submit your request via the form on our ‘Contact Us’ page.

Earning Points with best of bob’s PREMIUM

How do I earn points?

  • Members earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent at Bob’s Stores and in the Marketplace
  • 200 points = $10 Bob’s Reward. Your reward will be delivered by email.
  • Points are earned for any portion of the sale paid for by cash or credit/debit card for Bob’s purchases
  • Any qualifying Marketplace purchase paid for by clicking through the links and completed a purchase with our Marketplace.
  • Points are earned for the purchase of gift cards from Bob’s
  • Points are not awarded for any portion of the sale paid for by gift card, merchandise credit or Bob’s Rewards
  • Points are not awarded for sales tax or shipping
  • The points value of returned merchandise (points earned at the time of purchase) will be deducted from the points or future points in the member’s best of Bob’s account
  • Points have no cash value and may not be used except as specifically described here.

How do I earn 1.5 Points on Purchases at Marketplace Retailers?

As a member, you receive 1.5 points when you shop at eligible Marketplace retailers. These points are based on your order sub-total (minus taxes and fees). Points will be applied to your Savings Center and once your points balance reaches 200, you’ll receive a $10 Bob’s reward. To receive 1.5 points on online orders, start by logging on at bestofbobsPremium.com. Click through the Marketplace links to the retailer website and complete your purchase during that session in the browser window that opens from that link.

Which retailers are included in the Marketplace?

As a member, you receive 1.5 points when you shop at eligible Marketplace retailers, but the list of retailers is subject to change at any time. To view the current list of eligible Marketplace retailers, please visit the ‘Shop Marketplace’ page on your best of bob’s PREMIUM account.

Shipping and Return Shipping

How do I receive Free Shipping on Bob’s Stores purchases?

As a member, you receive free shipping on every Bob’s purchase you make during your active membership. To receive free shipping on online orders, you must log in as a registered user on BobStores.com. You will be recognized as a best of bob’s PREMIUM member, and the shipping will be automatically removed from your total.

How do I receive Free Return Shipping and an Extended Refund Period at Bob’s Stores?

As a member, you will receive free return shipping for all Bob’s stores purchases and a members-only extended refund period of 90 days. See instructions under “How do I claim Free Return Shipping with FedEx Ground” for how to claim your free return shipping using FedEx return labels

How do I claim Free Return Shipping with FedEx Ground?

  • Complete the “Print a Label” form on the bestofbobsPremium.com website in its entirety;
  • Print out the return shipping label upon completion of the form;
  • Properly package the item you wish to return;
  • Securely fasten the printed label to that package; and
  • Drop off your labeled package at any one of more than 1,800 FedEx Office® locations and 5,800 FedEx Authorized ShipCenter® locations nationwide to have the package shipped.

Limits & Details:

  • Your return shipment must be sent while you are an active member.
  • Your return shipment must be within the maximum size and weight limits established by FedEx Ground. Please note that FedEx Ground will not ship any packages that exceed:
    • 150 pounds in weight;
    • 108 inches in length; and/or
    • 165 inches in length + girth
  • To calculate “length + girth,” measure the length, width, and height of the package in inches (the longest side of the package is its length). Multiply the width by 2; multiply the height by 2; and add those totals to the length (L + G = L + 2W + 2H).
  • Your return shipment must be sent to a valid commercial address in the 48 contiguous United States. Return shipments sent to residential addresses, P.O. boxes, or other non-commercial locations do not qualify for free return shipping via FedEx Ground.
  • You must reside in and/or ship your package from the 48 contiguous United States. Free return shipping via FedEx Ground is not available to subscribers who reside in Alaska, Hawaii, Iowa, Maine or Oregon.
  • In order to qualify for a purchase refund from a specific retailer, you must comply with that retailer’s refund policy and procedures.
  • The maximum liability for the shipment of any package via FedEx Ground is $100. The maximum liability for any package shipped using a FedEx Return label created through best of bob’s PREMIUM is therefore limited to $100. Please note that best of bob’s PREMIUM does not offer insurance coverage of any kind, including but not limited to insurance on any extra declared values.

Savings Center

What is my Savings Center?

Your Savings Center is where you can view the points you have earned through best of bob’s PREMIUM, and the amount you’ve saved on shipping from Bob’s purchases.

Points will be applied to your Savings Center and once your points balance reaches 200, you’ll receive a $10 Bob’s reward.

How do I get to my Savings Center?

To access your Savings Center, login to your member account at bestofbobspremium.com and click the ‘Savings Center’ tab from your member homepage.

When will I see my purchases in my Savings Center?

As soon as we receive notification of your purchase from the retailer, we'll deposit your points into your Savings Center account. This typically takes 5-7 business days, but it can take longer if the item you've purchased is on back-order. Points will be applied to your Savings Center and once your points balance reaches 200, you’ll receive a $10 Bob’s reward.
